The Friend of the Court has the following duties:

1. To investigate, report and make recommendations to the court on these matters:
   • Custody
   • Parenting Time
   • Amount of Support
   • Denials of Parenting Time
2. To enforce all custody orders entered by the court.
3. To enforce all parenting time orders entered by the court.
4. To enforce all support orders entered by the court.
5. To provide mediation as a way of settling disagreements over custody and parenting time of children.
